2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter, 6 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 ½ cups whole milk, ¼ cup heavy cream, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons sriracha (or more to taste)

Garnish:

1 green onion (sliced), sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles: Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sear Chicken: Season chicken with smoked paprika, cayenne, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cream. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and sriracha.
  4. Combine and Serve: Toss cooked noodles and chicken in the sauce. Heat through and serve hot, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
