  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup or honey
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 9-inch round baking dish or muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix Sugar and Cinnamon: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Prepare Butter Mixture: In another bowl, stir the melted butter with corn syrup or honey until combined.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Pour half of the butter mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle evenly with half of the sugar mixture, pecans, and raisins if using.
  5. Coat Biscuit Dough: Separate the biscuit dough and roll each piece in the remaining sugar mixture to coat.
  6. Assemble and Bake: Place biscuits in the prepared pan, spaced slightly apart. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the top and sprinkle with any remaining sugar mixture. Bake for 20–22 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Serve: Let rest for 3 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm and gooey.
