Chicken Skewers:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken, toss to coat, cover, and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the Skewers: Grill for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan over skewers during the last minute of grilling.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauce or side.
Notes
- For oven baking, roast skewers at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
