Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken, toss to coat, cover, and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill the Skewers: Grill for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan over skewers during the last minute of grilling.
