Pizza Dough:
- 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade, at room temperature
Other Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle or circle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the dough evenly with olive oil.
- Add seasonings and cheese: Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top. Evenly spread the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the entire surface.
- Bake: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Slice into breadsticks using a pizza cutter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
