Assembly:
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Filling: In a medium bowl, combine peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Assembly: Place egg roll wrapper, add graham crackers, spoon peach filling, fold, and roll tightly.
- Frying: Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Stir well to coat peaches.
Seal edges with water.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
