  • Breading:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Coating:

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare breading station: Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs and milk, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat asparagus: Dredge each asparagus spear in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and coat with Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
