Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Feta Mixture: In a bowl, mix feta, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Spread the feta mixture over chicken breasts. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, coat with panko-Parmesan mixture.
