Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare sweet potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
