- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Cook beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, then mix in corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
