Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sear the chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Rice: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, add rice and toast. Pour in chicken broth, lime juice, zest, simmer until rice is tender.
