Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8-count, with icing)
Filling:
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Blue Icing:
- Blue food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Optional: candy eyes for garnish
- Optional: 1/2 cup cream cheese for extra frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Prepare the rolls: Unroll each cinnamon roll, add filling ingredients, roll them back up, and place in the dish.
- Bake: Bake for 13–17 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the icing: Mix the included icing with blue food coloring, vanilla extract, and milk. Add cream cheese for a richer frosting.
- Decorate: Drizzle the blue icing over the rolls, add extra cookie crumbles and candy eyes.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
