Main Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Streusel Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- For the streusel, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Spread half of the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the streusel. Repeat with remaining batter and streusel. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
