Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and milk.
- Combine Batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in chopped apples.
- Layer Batter: Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the swirl. Swirl gently.
