Cake:

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Prepare cinnamon swirl: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Layer the batter: Spread half the batter, add cinnamon swirl, then top with remaining batter.
- Make crumb topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
