Ingredients
Scale
For the punch:
- 4 cups white cranberry juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton, not canned)
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
For garnish:
- Crushed ice or ice ring
- Sugared cranberries
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the white cranberry juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and give it a light stir.
- Add crushed ice or an ice ring to keep it cool.
- Garnish with sugared cranberries and fresh mint for a festive touch.
- Serve immediately in clear glasses to show off the frosty, pastel color.
Notes
- For a grown-up version, add 1 cup of coconut rum or vodka.
- To make sugared cranberries, dip fresh cranberries in simple syrup, roll in granulated sugar, and let dry for 30 minutes.
- Coconut milk from a carton blends better than canned and avoids separation.
