Oats:

½ cup rolled oats,

Chia Seeds:

2 tablespoons chia seeds,

Sea Salt:

¼ teaspoon sea salt,

Vanilla Extract:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

Almond Butter:

2 tablespoons almond butter,

Coconut Oil:

2 tablespoons coconut oil,

Dark Chocolate Chips:

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, oats, chia seeds, and salt. Pulse until crumbly but sticky.

  4. Press Into Pan: Firmly press the mixture into the pan.
