- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

- Preheat and Skewer: Preheat grill or oven to 400°F. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.

- Serve: Serve hot with naan, rice, and chutney.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust chili powder for preferred spice level.
