- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken with salt and pepper until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
