Ingredients

Pearl Couscous:

1 cup

Water or Vegetable Broth:

1 1/4 cups

Cherry Tomatoes, halved:

1 pint

Fresh Basil, chopped:

1/4 cup

Fresh Parsley, chopped:

Olive Oil:

2 tablespoons

Red Wine Vinegar:

1 tablespoon

Dijon Mustard:

1 teaspoon

Garlic, minced:

1 clove

Instructions
