Instructions
- Fry the Taco Shells: Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl. Fry tortillas in hot oil until golden, then coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
