  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Sauce and Garnish

  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the chicken is evenly coated with all the seasonings.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through and browned on all sides. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside the cooked chicken.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce onto each tortilla, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top of the chicken.
  4. Melt the Cheese: Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps. Place the wraps back into the non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until the cheese inside melts and the tortillas turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
