Description

These Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, combining seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and pickles in a crispy egg roll wrapper. Perfect for parties or as a fun appetizer!

For the Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

For Assembly:

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Ketchup and mustard for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cook the Filling: In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat, mix in cheese and pickles.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place filling on egg roll wrapper, fold bottom up, then sides in, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  3. Fry the Egg Rolls: Heat oil to 350°F, fry egg rolls until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
