- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Topping:
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the vegetables: Cook cauliflower and broccoli until just tender, then drain.
