Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Prepare Wet Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine and Chill Dough: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet, make an indentation in each cookie, fill with caramel sauce.
