Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine and Chill Dough: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet, make an indentation in each cookie, fill with caramel sauce.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool on sheet, then transfer to rack.
- Finish: Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle crushed graham crackers.
