- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Add-ins:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and coffee.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold in semisweet and white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase instant coffee to 3 tablespoons.
