For the Cajun Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (more for thinner consistency)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Whisk until fully combined and creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- For a thinner consistency, add more buttermilk one tablespoon at a time.
