- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
Soup Base:
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
Add-Ins:
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
- Add Ingredients: Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, frozen vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Cook Pasta: Add the uncooked macaroni, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 10–12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
