Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Soup Base:

  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup

Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
  2. Add Ingredients: Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, frozen vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook Pasta: Add the uncooked macaroni, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 10–12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.
  4. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
