Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery, green onion, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
