Chicken:

Sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Penne Pasta: Cook penne pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Chicken: Heat olive oil, sauté seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, buffalo sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet, toss to coat. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
