Description

These Brownie Protein Bites are a delicious and healthy snack that is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings. Packed with protein and fiber, these no-bake bites are easy to make and great for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons almond milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and chia seeds if using.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll into Balls: Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls using your hands and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  4. Chill and Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • Use plant-based protein powder and maple syrup to keep these vegan.
  • You can also coat them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for extra texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste based on your protein powder.
