Instructions

- Mix butter and sugar: Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture alternately with milk and sour cream, mixing until just combined.
- Add blueberries: Gently fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Prepare streusel: For the streusel, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in cold butter with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
