- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries tossed with 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in blueberries.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and slice: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Tossing blueberries in flour prevents sinking.
- For frozen blueberries, do not thaw before adding.
