- 1/2 cup blackberry preserves or jam
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: Mix the brownie batter according to package directions and spread it in the pan.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over the brownie batter.
