- 1 lb ground beef (85/15)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (see notes or use store-bought)

Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare the Wraps: Warm the tortillas slightly. Layer each tortilla with lettuce, cooked beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce. Fold and roll up tightly.
- Grill the Wraps: Spray a skillet with nonstick spray. Cook the wraps seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- To make homemade Big Mac sauce, mix mayo, ketchup, relish, mustard, onion powder, and white vinegar. Wraps can be meal-prepped ahead and reheated on a skillet or in an air fryer.
