Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Make the crust: Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Press firmly into pan.
- Bake the crust: Bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Prepare the filling: Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, salt, and melted butter. Stir in pecans.
- Assemble and bake: Pour filling over warm crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate.
