  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2/3 cup pearl barley

Instructions
