For the bananas foster topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons dark rum (optional)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the banana bread: Preheat the oven and mix all the ingredients, then bake until done.
