For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split and tips removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare chicken wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 40–45 minutes until crispy.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, nutmeg. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss wings with sauce: Transfer baked wings to a bowl, toss with Alfredo sauce until coated. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2–3 minutes.
- Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping.
