For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split and tips removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare chicken wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 40–45 minutes until crispy.
  2. Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, nutmeg. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss wings with sauce: Transfer baked wings to a bowl, toss with Alfredo sauce until coated. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2–3 minutes.
  • Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping.
